| Robert
Hansen co-founded Electromed, Inc. in 1992. He
is responsible for the strategic direction, planning,
financing, and development of the Company. Mr.
Hansen has been a principal in several successful
entrepreneurial ventures resulting in the issuance
of more than 50 patents. He holds a Bachelor
of Arts from Dana College and advanced degrees
from the University of Cincinnati, the University
of St. Thomas, and Luther Theological Seminary. |

M. Belford, CPA, CMA |
| Terry
Belford's responsibilities include managing all
facets of the Company's financial activities.
Before joining Electromed, Inc., Mr. Belford was a
successful accountant and consultant for companies
in distribution, import, and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Belford earned a B.S. degree from the University
of Missouri and holds both CPA and CMA designations.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of
Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute
of Certified Management Accountants. |

| Bill
George currently represents small businesses
and is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration
Association. Formerly he served as General Counsel
and Secretary for Simplex Time Recorder and Josten's,
Inc. and as Vice-President and Associate General
Counsel of Honeywell, Inc. Mr. George has also
served as chair of a committee of the Section
of Litigation of the American Bar Association.
He holds a B.A. degree from St. John's University
and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law
School. |

Blascziek |
| Brad
Blascziek joined Electromed, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer
and soon after was promoted to Manufacturing Manager. In
this position he brings over 13 years of broad leadership
experience in manufacturing operations for various
sized companies, including rapidly growing, entrepreneurial
companies. Through his experience and training he has
become skilled at implementing cutting-edge lean manufacturing
techniques in a practical manner for improved efficiency
and product quality. Mr. Blascziek holds a B.A. degree
from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. |

M. Buri, CRT-NPS, RCP |
| Clara
Buri, as Manager of Patient Services, focuses on patient
training and education, patient follow-up, and medical
support for the reimbursement staff. As a respiratory
therapist, Ms. Buri has 30 years of experience in patient
care, including NICU, adult critical care, and staff
development. She has taught in Respiratory Therapy
programs and worked in patient support for durable
medical equipment companies. Ms. Buri received her
training in respiratory therapy at the California College
of Health Sciences and also attended the University
of Iowa. Ms. Buri has also served on the Iowa Respiratory
Society Board and chaired the committee for Health
Literacy. |

J. Davig |
| Marty
Davig joined Electromed, Inc. as the Manager of Patient Services
and was rapidly promoted to National Sales Manager.
In that position he is developing and managing the
Company's sales network of Clinical Area Managers.
Mr. Davig has more than 25 years of experience in a
variety of health care settings, including management
positions in acute care, long-term and rehab care,
and durable medical equipment sales and service. He
assumed his current responsibilities in 2003. |

R. Grimm, RRT |
| Bill
Grimm is responsible for the planning, development, and
recruitment of the sales team within the Western U.S.
Mr. Grimm possesses an extensive sales and clinical background.
He has been a Respiratory Therapist since 1980. He has
served as President of the Arizona Society of Respiratory
Care and Vice President of the Board of Directors for
the National Emphysema and COPD Association. He currently
sits on the editorial board for COPD Digest and the Asthma Camp Committee for the state of Arizona.
He has been a top sales producer for several different
companies and has recently been awarded the Chairman’s
Award in 2008 by Electromed, Inc. Mr. Grimm attended
Kennedy Western University for HealthCare Administration
and Maricopa Technical College for Respiratory Therapy. |

J. Helgeson |
| Lonnie
Helgeson has held key product development and production
positions at several leading entrepreneurial companies
over the past 20 years, developing and bringing to market
products involving electronic and electrical/mechanical
actuation. His background provides the effective and
practical leadership needed in the production of the
SmartVest® Airway Clearance
System and facilitates development of additional applications
for the Company’s technology. Since joining Electromed, Inc.,
he has been awarded several medical device patents. Mr.
Helgeson holds a B.S. degree from North Dakota State
College. |

Leonard |
| Rick
Leonard is responsible for recruitment, development,
and planning for the Eastern U.S. Sales Team. Mr. Leonard
has an extensive management, clinical, and sales background.
He has over 25 years of experience as a Respiratory
Therapist, primarily in research, education, and management while
employed at Duke University Medical Center. Additionally,
he has over 10 years of experience in sales and sales
management. Mr. Leonard has served in numerous positions
with the North Carolina Society for Respiratory Care,
including President and Legislative Liaison. He received
the NCSRC Practitioner of the Year Award in 1999. Mr.
Leonard attended the University of North Carolina and
the DUMC School of Respiratory Care. |

M. Manning |
| Eileen
Manning is a 30-year veteran executive specializing in
marketing and event management. Ms. Manning’s responsibilities
at Electromed, Inc. include directing marketing strategies
and leading their implementation. She works closely with
senior management in the identification and negotiation
of international distributorship arrangements. She has
served with one of the U.S.’s top advertising agencies and
is the CEO and Founder of an international event and
marketing enterprise, The Event Group, Incorporated.
Its clientele include Fortune 100 companies. She holds
a B.S. Degree from Cardinal Stritch University and graduated
magna cum laude. She also earned a Degree from Hennepin
Technical College, graduating sum cum laude. She is a
founding member of the Breast Cancer Awareness Association. |

Shah |
| Serving
as Electromed, Inc.’s Marketing Manager, Pankti Shah
is an MBA graduate of the Carlson School of Management,
University of Minnesota. Shah has notable experience
in event, multi-cultural, and direct marketing, as well
as brand analysis/building and strategic management.
She also has significant experience within the advertising
environment, working on direct mail campaigns, print
advertisements, marketing collateral, and radio commercials.
Her responsibilities at Electromed, Inc. include managing
all marketing and advertising development and implementation
as well as participation in the New Product Development
team. She is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing
at The Event Group, Incorporated and some of her past
employers include Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Campbell-Ewald
Advertising, and Target Corporation. |

E. Sievert, Jr. |
| Chet
Sievert has been responsible for obtaining FDA and international
approvals for Electromed, Inc. products since the Company’s
inception. He ensures that the Company is in compliance
with all FDA regulatory requirements. In addition, Mr.
Sievert is responsible for managing medical and scientific
studies with Electromed, Inc.’s clinical partners. As a former
academic scientist, he has published more than 55 peer
reviewed medical journal articles and has been awarded
12 medical device patents. He has been the President
of three different medical product companies and is currently
a member of the Board of Directors of two medical companies.
Mr. Sievert received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Comparative Physiology from the University of Minnesota. |

A. Spurlock |
| Greg
Spurlock is responsible for ensuring that the Electromed,
Inc. Quality System is compliant with the FDA quality
system requirements for medical device manufacturers
as well as ISO, JCAHO, and applicable international standards.
He currently serves as the IT manager and Security manager
and is responsible for ensuring availability and security
of Electromed, Inc. resources. Mr. Spurlock brings over 10
years of Quality System experience as well as over 25
years of experience in production, operations management,
and technical project management in fast growing organizations.
He led the Electromed, Inc. team to successful ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485 certification in 2004, approval for the CE
mark and Canadian medical device license in 2005, and
Joint Commission accreditation in 2008. Mr. Spurlock
is a graduate of the Control Data Institute in Computer
Technology. |

Wheeler |
| Sherie
Wheeler, RCP, CRT, has shared her expertise at Electromed, Inc. since 2005. Serving as the Central Regional
Manager, she is responsible for the planning, development,
and recruitment of the sales team within the Central
U.S. Since 1982, she had been a Respiratory Therapist
in various hospital settings including pulmonary rehabilitation,
smoking cessation and patient education. As the Director of Programs at the American Lung
Association of Iowa, Ms. Wheeler directed the Camp for Kids
with Cystic Fibrosis and Asthma. She served in myriad
capacities at the Iowa Society for Respiratory Care.
Some of these roles included President, Delegate to the
AARC, and Chairman of the State Respiratory Conference.
In 2002, Ms. Wheeler was honored as the recipient of the State
President's Award. Electromed, Inc. is proud to have presented
her with the Rising Star Award in 2009. She holds a Respiratory
Therapy degree from Northeast Iowa Community College. |
