Stephen Craney
Stephen Craney
Since 1984, Stephen Craney has founded and operated a number of successful companies, including RiverSide Electronics, Ltd., RiverBend Electronics, Ltd., RiverStar, Inc., and JMW Enterprises, Inc. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Craney worked as an engineer, having earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, he has provided support and advice to start up companies for more than 20 years through a local entrepreneur network. Mr. Craney's experience developing companies with a strong record of growth, his technical knowledge in the electronics field, his research and development experience and his connections within the business community make him uniquely qualified to serve as a director.
Craig N. Hansen
Craig N. Hansen
Mr. Hansen is the co-founder of Electromed, Inc. and is the Vice President of Research and Development at Hansen Engine Corporation. Mr. Hansen has been with Hansen Engine Corporation since 1977. He is a graduate of Western Iowa Technical School. He has more than forty patents in several fields with numerous sixty-two additional patents pending. The patents that Mr. Hansen has assigned to Electromed, Inc. form the technical basis for the SmartVest® Airway Clearance System. Mr. Hansen's history with Electromed, Inc. and considerable experience with research and development in the medical device industry make him uniquely qualified to serve as a director.

Bil Eckles
Bill Eckles is the fourth generation Eckles to become CEO of Blue Earth Valley Communications. A position he has held since 2003. Blue Earth Valley Communications is a rural communications company providing voice, video and broadband services across parts of rural Southern Minnesota. Prior to joining Blue Earth Valley Communications Bill worked as chief pilot and director of flight operations for a privately held flying school/ charter company in the Twin Cities area. Bill holds a degree in finance and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Thomas M. Hagedorn
Thomas M. Hagedorn
Mr. Hagedorn has served for approximately fifteen years as president of various entities in a family of real estate and mortgage companies headquartered in Northern Virginia. Mr. Hagedorn has also been a founding investor for various start-up ventures, including Hansen Engine Corporation, as well as several energy companies where new technology is a principal factor. Mr. Hagedorn is a former member of the Minnesota State Legislature and the U.S. Congress, representing southern Minnesota. Mr. Hagedorn's extensive leadership and management experience, as well as his familiarity with the opportunities and challenges related to raising capital and his knowledge of legislative procedures, allow him to make valuable contributions as a director.

Darrel Kloeckner has been self-employed as a business consultant to privately held corporations since 1995. Before that, Mr. Kloeckner worked as a certified public accountant, providing consulting, accounting, and tax services to privately held corporations and their owners. Mr. Kloeckner holds an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Kloeckner's significant financial expertise, as well as his expertise in providing advice and consultation to businesses of the Company's size, allows him to make valuable contributions as a director.

George H. Winn, D.D.S.
Dr. Winn has practiced dentistry with emphasis upon oral surgery and orthodontics in New Prague, MN for more than forty-three years. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Winn has served as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Dentistry where he has offered studies in medical ethics. In addition to the industry relationships that Dr. Winn has developed, his education and experience give him insight into the medical device industry, which makes him uniquely qualified to serve as a director.

James J. Cassidy
James J. Cassidy, PhD
In addition to contributing to the strategic and operational leadership of Electromed, James J. Cassidy, PhD will focus his efforts in Engineering, Product Development, Regulatory and Manufacturing, areas in which he has particular expertise. Dr. Cassidy brings to Electromed, Inc. more than twenty years of international management experience in the medical device industry. He has been the CEO of successful startup companies in the U.S. (CERAbio) and Europe (Cartificial), as well as Vice President of Development for ApaTech, Ltd. and COOof Vertebral Technologies, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was employed in positions of increasing responsibility with Smith & Nephew plc, Collagen Corporation, and Kinetikos Medical. His management experience includes product and business development, regulatory affairs, clinical trials, and operations. He has a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and MBA from the University of Memphis.
Jeremy Brock, CPA
Jeremy Brock, CPA
Jeremy Brock oversees the Company's financial reporting and provides financial strategy, planning, and forecasts in consultation with the Company's officers and managers. Prior to his appointment as the Company's Financial Controller in August 2011, Mr. Brock spent five years with the CPA firm LarsonAllen LLP. While with LarsonAllen, he focused on performing and managing audit and tax engagements in the manufacturing, distribution and technology sectors. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Brock has also worked on strategic business planning, risk assessments, and the design and implementation of internal controls. Mr. Brock brings additional management and leadership experience, from his time serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Brock has a bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
William J. George

Bill George currently represents small businesses and is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. Formerly he served as General Counsel and Secretary for Simplex Time Recorder and Josten's, Inc. and as Vice-President and Associate General Counsel of Honeywell, Inc. Mr. George has also served as chair of a committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. He holds a B.A. degree from St. John's University and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Brad Blascziek
Brad Blascziek
Brad Blascziek joined Electromed, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer and soon after was promoted to Manufacturing Manager. In this position he brings over 13 years of broad leadership experience in manufacturing operations for various sized companies, including rapidly growing, entrepreneurial companies. Through his experience and training he has become skilled at implementing cutting-edge lean manufacturing techniques in a practical manner for improved efficiency and product quality. Mr. Blascziek holds a B.A. degree from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.

Clara Buri, as Manager of Patient Services, focuses on patient training and education, patient follow-up, and medical support for the reimbursement staff. As a respiratory therapist, Ms. Buri has 30 years of experience in patient care, including NICU, adult critical care, and staff development. She has taught in Respiratory Therapy programs and worked in patient support for durable medical equipment companies. Ms. Buri received her training in respiratory therapy at the California College of Health Sciences and also attended the University of Iowa. Ms. Buri has also served on the Iowa Respiratory Society Board and chaired the committee for Health Literacy.

Diane Erdman will strategically partner with the leadership team to build a strong foundation for further dynamic growth of Electromed, Inc. Ms. Erdman brings to Electromed, Inc. fourteen years of human resource management experience including significant expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, organization development and employee development. She has a Bachelors degree in Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Management from Minnesota State University at Mankato. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from Society of Human Resources, a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) from Michigan State University and a Certified Facilitator for Development Dimensions International.
William R. Grimm

Bill Grimm is responsible for the planning, development, and recruitment of the sales team within the Western U.S. Mr. Grimm possesses an extensive sales and clinical background. He has been a Respiratory Therapist since 1980 and a top sales producer for several different companies, including Electromed, Inc. He has served as President of the Arizona Society of Respiratory Care and Vice President of the Board of Directors for the National Emphysema and COPD Association. He currently sits on the editorial board for COPD Digest and the Asthma Camp Committee for the state of Arizona, as well as the Board of Directors for the American Lung Association of Arizona. Mr. Grimm attended Kennedy Western University for HealthCare Administration and Maricopa Technical College for Respiratory Therapy.

Lonnie J. Helgeson
Lonnie Helgeson has held key product development and production positions at several leading entrepreneurial companies over the past 20 years, developing and bringing to market products involving electronic and electrical/mechanical actuation. His background provides the effective and practical leadership needed in the production of the SmartVest® Airway Clearance System and facilitates development of additional applications for the Company’s technology. Since joining Electromed, Inc., he has been awarded several medical device patents. Mr. Helgeson holds a B.S. degree from North Dakota State College.
Rick Leonard
Rick Leonard, RRT
Rick Leonard is responsible for recruitment, development, and planning for the Eastern U.S. Sales Team. Mr. Leonard has an extensive management, clinical, and sales background. He has over 25 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, primarily in research, education, and management while employed at Duke University Medical Center. Additionally, he has over 10 years of experience in sales and sales management. Mr. Leonard has served in numerous positions with the North Carolina Society for Respiratory Care, including President and Legislative Liaison. He received the NCSRC Practitioner of the Year Award in 1999. Mr. Leonard attended the University of North Carolina and the DUMC School of Respiratory Care. 
Eileen Manning

Eileen Manning is a 30-year veteran executive specializing in marketing and event management. Ms. Manning’s responsibilities at Electromed, Inc. include directing marketing strategies and leading their implementation. She works closely with senior management in the identification and negotiation of international distributorship arrangements. She has served with one of the U.S.’s top advertising agencies and is the CEO and Founder of an international event and marketing enterprise, The Event Group, Incorporated. Its clientele include Fortune 100 companies. She holds a B.S. Degree from Cardinal Stritch University and graduated magna cum laude. She also earned a Degree from Hennepin Technical College, graduating sum cum laude. She is a founding member of the Breast Cancer Awareness Association.

Serving as Electromed, Inc.’s Marketing Manager, Pankti Shah, is an MBA graduate of the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Shah has notable experience in event, multi-cultural, and direct marketing, as well as brand analysis/building and strategic management. She also has significant experience within the advertising environment, working on direct mail campaigns, print advertisements, marketing collateral, and radio commercials. Her responsibilities at Electromed, Inc. include managing all marketing and advertising development and implementation as well as participation in the New Product Development team. She is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing at The Event Group, Incorporated and some of her past employers include Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Campbell-Ewald Advertising, and Target Corporation.

Kathy Shimota
KathyShimota serves as Electromed, Inc.’s Reimbursement Manager. She joined the Company in 2005 as the Administrative Assistant and quicklymoved into various roles throughout the reimbursement department, providing her an understanding of the various processes involved. In March of 2011 she became the supervisor of the Medicaid and Commercial Insurance team and soon after, she was promoted to Reimbursement Manager. As the manager Kathy oversees the reimbursement department, providing guidance and strategy to the teams within the department. She creates long term strategic plans and annual action plans for the reimbursement department, manages consultant relationships, contracts with commercial insurance companies & government licensing. Kathy also acts as an interdepartmental liaison. She is a Certified Medical Claims and billing Specialist with the US Career Institute.
Chad E. Seivert, Jr.
Chet E. Sievert, Jr.
Chet Sievert has been responsible for obtaining FDA and international approvals for Electromed, Inc. products since the Company’s inception. He ensures that the Company is in compliance with all FDA regulatory requirements. In addition, Mr. Sievert is responsible for managing medical and scientific studies with Electromed, Inc.’s clinical partners. As a former academic scientist, he has published more than 55 peer reviewed medical journal articles and has been awarded 12 medical device patents. He has been the President of three different medical product companies and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of two medical companies. Mr. Sievert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Comparative Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
Greg Spurlock

Greg Spurlock is responsible for ensuring that the Electromed, Inc. Quality System is compliant with the FDA quality system requirements for medical device manufacturers as well as ISO, JCAHO, and applicable international standards. He currently serves as the IT manager and Security manager and is responsible for ensuring availability and security of Electromed, Inc. resources. Mr. Spurlock brings over 10 years of Quality System experience as well as over 25 years of experience in production, operations management, and technical project management in fast growing organizations. He led the Electromed, Inc. team to successful ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification in 2004, approval for the CE mark and Canadian medical device license in 2005, and Joint Commission accreditation in 2008. Mr. Spurlock is a graduate of the Control Data Institute in Computer Technology.
Sherie Wheeler
Sherie Wheeler, CRT
Sherie Wheeler, RCP, CRT, has shared her expertise at Electromed, Inc. since 2005. Serving as the Central Regional Manager, she is responsible for the planning, development, and recruitment of the sales team within the Central U.S. Since 1982, she had been a Respiratory Therapist in various hospital settings including pulmonary rehabilitation, smoking cessation and patient education. As the Director of Programs at the American Lung Association of Iowa, Ms. Wheeler directed the Camp for Kids with Cystic Fibrosis and Asthma. She served in myriad capacities at the Iowa Society for Respiratory Care. Some of these roles included President, Delegate to the AARC, and Chairman of the State Respiratory Conference. In 2002, Ms. Wheeler was honored as the recipient of the State Presidents Award.  Electromed, Inc. is proud to have presented her with the Rising Star Award in 2009. She holds a Respiratory Therapy degree from Northeast Iowa Community College.
