Electrical Engineer   Electromed, Inc. is seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated electrical engineer to join its product operations team. This electrical engineer will provide technical leadership in new product development, enhance and upgrade existing products, and support the successful design integration into the manufacturing department. Expectations include working closely with mechanical engineering to identify, and effectively manage project timelines. Internal as well as external technical resources will be supported to achieve project objectives.
     
   
Skills required for this position
Knowledge and experience with international voltage AC power supplies, Brushless Direct Current motor and controls and microprocessor based controls
Embedded software design using C++
Proficient in applying IEC/UL/CSA 60601 to product design preferred,
but not required
Medical device design and manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
     
   
Education required for this position
Requires a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
     
   
Experience required for this position
Requires a minimum of six years of experience in electromechanical circuit development
     

     
Clinical Area Manager
(Northern and Central California, Georgia/ Tennessee, Kansas City, Houston, Maryland/DC /Virginia Areas)
  The Clinical Area Manager focuses upon educating and informing medical professionals active in pulmonary care on the benefits and opportunities presented by the SmartVest® systems.  They support and facilitate generation of physician orders for SmartVest® systems. In addition, the Clinical Area Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with internal partners to develop and implement comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Electromed, Inc. products, programs and services. This role manages all clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide best-in-class customer satisfaction and is expected to comply with all Company policies and procedures. The CAM is responsible for understanding the Electromed Quality System as it pertains to sales. Education required for this position
Clinical degree such as RT, RN, OT, PT, or EMTP
Associate degree, preferably in Marketing, Science or biology
Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Science or Biology
Equivalent education and experience
     
   
Experience required for this position
Five-years of demonstrated experience as a top level sales performer in the medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry.
Five-years of experience in a respiratory care preferred
Significant experience in closing new business
